About me
“Delia Bakes’ started in culinary school, when I discovered I truly loved baking and cake decorating. I loved seeing the smiles on people’s faces when I would make something that looked great, and tasted even better.
This landed me a role at NY Cake Academy in New York City, as a baking and cake decorating instructor. Here I learned that I loved teaching, and sharing specialized skills with people of all ages.
Since then, I’ve made a name for myself teaching kids classes, working with charities, and teaching private events for individuals and businesses. Every day I learn something new, and rediscover why I love what I do.”
